Challenges

Bytspoke needed an ERP system to manage the complexities of:
• Coordinating multiple sample types (home textiles and apparel).
• Managing a step-by-step sample development process, including enquiry, R&D, costing, and delivery.
• Tracking feedback and adjusting efficiently during the production process.

Our Solution

We designed the web application with React, NestJS, and MongoDB, Node, HTML, and CSS according to the explicit need. The Bytspoke ERP platform avails the following features:

• The main dashboard gives real-time overview of the stage to Bytspoke's team that enables quick access to key metrics and insights.

• User-specific data is that which ensures each sample's progress gets tracked at a granular level. Thus, individual members can get quick access to views as coupled with information which will help improve productivity.

• File and Image Upload Functionality has an upload a file and image feature where the user uploads images, patterns, or design files directly.
This is a critical feature for viewing in details, especially when doing garment production-this is all about precision in designs.

• The ERP system streamlines each step in the sample creation, from enquiry and R&D to costing and delivery. This structured approach helps Bytspoke maintain consistency and efficiency throughout the sample development cycle.

Sample Development Workflow

An ERP system also simplifies the whole process of producing samples and makes it highly structured and streamlined-from enquiry to R&D and then costing and delivery. This aspect ensures that Bytspoke maintains consistency and efficiency at every stage of the cycle in sample development.

The system also provides easy logging and integration of customer feedback that enables the team to make changes they please at both the production phase and the production flow stage.
