SolutionChamps is looking for telesales executives who have the ability and desire
for sales and are highly challenged to meet the requirements consistently, and utilize inbound
and outbound telephone calls to achieve conversions. The responsibilities include cross-selling
or up-selling the business offerings where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and
assisting with inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gathering potential leads through market research
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to prospects and convince them to purchase
company products and services
- Understand the requirements of the prospects in a short time
- Offer the solutions that meet their needs
- Accurately record details of customers’ inquiries
- Report to the team lead on (daily/weekly/monthly) sales reports
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer interests to make suitable recommendations based
on customers' needs and preferences.
- Should have multilingual speaking skills (Tamil and English)
- Should be cool-headed and have convincing skills
- Energetic, Outgoing and Friendly Demeanor
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Any degree with excellent communication skills
