Solutionchamps Technologies Pvt ltd is looking to recruit a Senior Business Development
Manager – International, with overall 6 -10 years experience in technical and B2B sales
to helm and manage Business development efforts of the company to build a stable revenue stream.
Ideal candidates should have related domain experience of not less than 4 years in Software Industry
– Services and Products, consummate in getting outsourced projects from Global clients panning UK,
USA, Canada, EU, APAC and Pan India.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for BD efforts of the company with emphasis on international markets
- Manage presales, sales, marketing and promotions
- Execute the team assessment on its efforts, effectiveness, and identify the gaps to fix the
same
- Develop strategies to manage and assess the team to make sure the efficiency of the team
keeps increasing
- Work with different functional heads to create targeted strategies and establish lead
generation
- Create reports, trends, and insights by doing analysis to provide feedback whenever
necessary
- Strategize marketing ideas and kick start the initiatives
- Mentor and improve the overall performance of the team members
- Be equipped with regular updates on market trends, techniques, processes and other key
areas that impact business development.
- Smart negotiation and presentation skills
- Leadership skills to influence, inspire and motivate the team members
- String verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle the pressure and achieve the deadlines
- Good time management and be flexible with shifts
